We didn't get up to too much yesterday after a relatively non-stop weekend with our dear friend Donna.

But today, with batteries recharged, we headed out to Serious Coffee and then onto the Gorge Waterway Park. We were here with Donna Sunday for a short walk. Today we wanted to explore the park on the other side of the gorge.

We found the Takata Japanese garden. This was a pretty garden with flowing water, bridges and small ponds on an accessible hillside - great for Jen.

I took these pictures - it's too bad we won't be around to see the garden in full bloom - it will be so much prettier.

We strolled through the Japanese garden then headed to the water.
These signs explained the Gorge.
We continued our stroll along the water's edge as we headed to the Gorge Narrows directly under the Tillicum Road bridge.
That's it for today. Not sure what tomorrow's going to bring, so check back as we continue to explore Victoria, BC.
