June 09 - Prince George, BC - The Exploration Place Science Centre and Museum
Well, we certainly cannot complain about the weather!! We awoke to another lovely sunny morning!

Today we visited The Exploration Place Museum and Science Centre. Fortunately there were many shade trees around the perimeter of the parking lot so Mattie was comfortable and cool in the van.

We both enjoyed the exhibits – dinosaurs, fossils, area history, etc. The tour guides were great!
They even have a 24" narrow gauge railway (that operates on weekends until school's out, then daily – just my luck!!). A real live steam locomotive - The Little Prince - pulls 4 passenger cars.

Well worth the visit, but I think that is pretty much it for us and Prince George.

Tomorrow we head for MacKenzie Junction for the night.
