Mar 18 - Much Ado about Nothing
Another day of sunshine!

Not a heck of a lot to report today. After the wind storms we experienced recently, we felt Ali "moved" around too much in the wind. This is due mainly to the fact that we only have two scissor jacks at the back of the rig, one in each corner. We put these down when we set up so that Ali doesn't "bounce" around too much when we walk around. The tongue jack at the front is the only other solid ground connection.
So I thought I would do a little research and lo and behold, one of my favourite stores - Princess Auto - had just what we needed and they were on sale to boot! Off we go!

We returned to Oceanside and I installed the two new jacks temporarily. Boy, what a difference they make. Ali now is solid when we walk around inside.

The only other item of note is that we have figured out how, and where, to put a small 2' x3' table that we can use as a dining table, work table, etc. All it took (to think of the idea) was for me to change my point of view. Seriously, my side of the rig is the sofa side, Jen's the chair side (better back support for her).

The other day Jen was sitting on the sofa so I took sat on the ottoman. I looked at the back of the rig, where our "door" to the patio is and one thing led to another.

So when we head back to Parksville in a couple of weeks or so, we'll finish up a couple of outstanding items as well as deal with making and installing our new table. Ali is slowly becoming finished!

So I have probably bored you to tears with today's entry. I'll try to do better next time.

Until then...
