Aug 4 -​ Visiting Old Friends & Neighbours

We've been back in the old neighbourhood for a few days now.

Monday I was treated to breakfast at Diner 365 (the old Platterhouse Restaurant) by my good friend Gary. It was like old times. Thanks for the great conversation and breaky, Gary!

The other night we strolled by Carol & Jeff's and saw an amazing display of artwork. Along with Kate, Marie-Claire, Sean and Max, they'd spent over 6 hours putting this together. Have a look.

Today we had lunch with Barb at the Osprey Ridge Golf Course clubhouse. We sat outside, under cover, and enjoyed a lovely lunch and had a great chat.

This evening, we joined Tom & Ellie and Mike & Kathy at Bob & Wendy's for a delicious ham dinner. It was great to see everyone. Sorry but I neglected to take any pictures.

Tomorrow Mike and I are going for a bike ride.

   

And we changed our ferry reservation, so we now leave Conquerall Bank this Friday morning.
